Today is Nelson Mandela Day, timed annually with what would have been his birthday. 🇿🇦
And I love this quote from him. Because as a leader, be it as a president, a CEO, a team leader, a parent, a teacher, or some other type of leader, someone is always listening and someone is always watching.
And learning – from what you say, the way that you say it, and the example you set.
With any kind of leadership comes responsibility, for ourselves and how we show up, and for others and how we impact them.
