“If I am completely honest I was a little sceptical of coaching when Christina first offered her services in this field as the coaching I had received previously had not really hit the mark. However I knew that having taken on a new role and promotion after only 12 months in my previous role that this could be incredibly useful for me so I decided to take up this offer. From the first meeting Christina put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with the situation. I found it very beneficial that she explained Co Active coaching and what this could offer.
