We all know the statistics around employee engagement, or, more accurately, the lack of it.
Quoting this article on Fortune.com, they say ‘According to an annual survey by Gallup, employee engagement dropped to a seven-year low in 2022. Only a third of workers reported feeling engaged at work, while almost a fifth (18%) described themselves as “actively disengaged.”’
And we also know that if you keep doing the same thing you’ve always done, you’ll get the same result.
Well, this company decided to significantly shake things up and do something different, and they’re getting significantly different results.
